Gyeon Quartz
GYEON - Q2 Mohs
The hardest coating widely available
Q2 Mohs is the hardest automotive paint coating available to a wide range of users, making the paint extremely resistant to scratches.
Long-lasting results
The coating's extraordinary hardness and structural integrity preserve the effects achieved during the paint correction and are synonymous with much slower paint degradation during the daily maintenance routine.
THICK AND BARELY SHRINKING
As opposed to most coatings present on the market, Q² Mohs demonstrates the lowest shrinking parameters. Whereas most coatings shrink from 0.2 up to 0.03 microns, the shrinking of Q² Mohs does not exceed the level of 5%, while its thickness – 0.2 microns as registered just after application, drops to 0.19 when fully dried. Traditional protective products such as wax or polymers do not display any measurable thickness whatsoever.
BEST PRACTICE AND PRO-TIPS FROM YVES HEYLEN
It hardly can get any easier than with Q² Mohs. Although 2 layers are an absolute requirement, the application is brilliantly easy. Q² Mohs is silky smooth and should be applied with the regular criss cross-motion. Ensure good surface preparation and precise wipe-off, as it has a significant darkening effect. TIP: Work with reflected light. It will make streaks or smudges more visible and help eliminate them in time. Use the Q²M Suede to perfect the finish.

GYEON - Q2 Mohs
As the title states, this was my first time attempting to apply a ceramic coating to my cars paint, I’ve always been a waxer. This was extremely easy to use, while it includes instructions I found it better to listen to some you tubes from detailers on how to apply it. I had originally planned to do this to another car, but decided that my M2 would get the treatment. It’s incredibly glossy and the car looks great. I can’t wait to see the beading aspect as well as the self cleaning properties b/c I have applied ceramic to the wheels and that is a game changer for cleaning wheels. A great tip for all, on the applicator block, make a slit on each side so you can tuck the suede piece into them. It will save your hand some fatigue from constantly ensuring the suede is still in place.
Also, the Q2 iron(while highly effective) is probably the worst smelling stuff ever, after using that during your wash, leave the bottle outside or your garage will then smell horrible
